Experimenting again. I wanted to see if I could use silicone molds to melt beads in.
It does work. The top is nice and shiny. The back is not, except for the clear beads. You will get air bubbles.
Some of them my daughter did not put enough beads in, so they did not fully cover the bottom.
The beads will stain the molds. Crayons will also stain the molds. Never ever use molds for baking once you use them for crafts. Keep the separated.
Also if you do melt beads it will smell and get a bit smoky. Be sure you use a fan or open window for ventilation
